The front desk here is very relaxed vibe and quite helpful. As well my guidance councelor Sam always uplifts me and helps me to be a better dude!
BHG is the one of the BEST Clinics I’ve been associated with, and I don't say that lightly! I'm presently set to Guest Dose in Grants Pass, CO at GPTC. Sam and Jackie began the Process of setting up Guest Dosing. Sam is Amazing Counselor and would do whatever it takes to complete a Goal. Jackie, the Head Nurse is Absolutely Awesome. I've dealt with a lot of Nurses since starting Methadone in 1978 and Jackie is a Caring and Wonderful Person. I came to check reviews planned on returning to get some help. Sad to see the consistent stories of decline. Staff turnover especially counselors is a red flag. And anything using medication to punish you is a huge red flag but pretty common in that business. Ie. Feetox and places like arts who pressure you to go up to 200 so they own your soul for the next 20 years. In my previous experience with BHG a few years ago (Kim was the director then.) BHG is the one of the BEST Clinics I’ve been associated with, and I don't say that lightly! I’ve been clean for over 20 yrs, and have experienced the Good with the Bad and I have Never had any complaints with any of BHG Clinics. I Guest Dosed at BHG Denver in May of this year (2025). Getting all the necessary paperwork from my present Clinic, New Season’s in Albuquerque, NM was a Frigging Nightmare. I have spent 5 years as a client at this facility, and unfortunately the clinic that saved my life, is no longer this clinic. They have been taken over by the WORST staff, the front desk employees do not respect privacy laws, or even clients period. The director decided to use her control over medication to influence patients to do what she wants. I will no longer be staying here for TREATMENT because simply put they're not there to provide treatment. They want their boxes checked, by deadline dates, for their own benefit. N... read more
