This place used to be so great. They used to care so much about you, but as of late it has really fallen down hill. Peggy the program Director is completely unprofessional. I cannot believe that she is allowed to work in a medical facility, I not only have seen her disrespect and talk down to other patients, she has done the same to me, humiliating me in front of other people demeaning me and making me feel as if I am beneath her. Worst place to go to. If you are a patient or are looking to get treatment, I highly recommend Colorado Community Care on Evans. BHG does not care about their patients nor their employees, they’ve had 5 employees leave just this year. They have no counselors and they put stop doses on you until you see a counselor but because they don’t have any, you have to wait forever. Please DO NOT COME HERE. They are not organized and do not care about their patients, all they care about is numbers

I show up at 330am to be 1st in line cuz I have other responsibilities. However I'm NEVER CALLED 1ST I'm ALWAYS getting cut in front of . It'd the guy who puts u in the queue. Dude u need to out people in the queue the ORDER THEY GET THERE. THE NURSES DONT FEEL LIKE FILLING 27 BOTTLES? IDGAF THAT WHAT THEIR PAID TO DO. U NEED TO PUT PEOPLE IN THE QUEUE IN THE CORRECT ORDER. HE GETS ON THE OHINE THEN PUT 8 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME WHILE ON HOLD. WHY COULDNT I DOSE THEN GO BACK TO THE FRONT COUNTER? Anyone who complains about BHG not giving personalized care or not caring about the health and welfare of their patients is completely off base. They have gone above and beyond for me over the years and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was able to obtain two college degrees on their program and I’m in the process of finishing my bachelors degree now. These people are amazing and will do what they can to help you out.
