The night staff was amazing, all I needed was a place to stay for the night, they told me I could leave anytime I wanted to. But the next morning when I tried to leave, I was treated like a criminal! I just kept getting the run around as I tried to get my things to leave. I had to talk to 5 people to get my things to leave, this is why people opt to not look for help!
Lack of professionalism and help. Place is hard pass because they won’t help as much as they should especially for having case managers. One of the psych techs here loves to brush people off cold shoulder style.
This is so so unprofessional. This I will never bring my wife back to this terrible place! She needed help and they just pushed her away with no answeres. I will make sure to tell everyone about this place.
This is a great asset to our community. They are very accommodating to those in need of their services. On top of that, we operate 710 Spectrum across the lot and they have been helpful with us in addressing suspicious, unusual, or unsettling activity. The team at this center is very respectful and professional, and truly seems to care about our community. To everyone involved with this center, we appreciate you and would love to support the facility any way we can.
