My prior doctor switched from Foresight Mental Health to here and I have been trying to get an appointment to continue treatment for almost a year. I have called at least four times to get signed up as a patient, which I think was successful. The issue is with contacting my former doctor, Lynda. Foothill tells me a messages have been left for Megan, Lynda’s assistant, to call me back to set up an appointment. I have yet to receive a call back. I guess I will have to stay with Foresight for now…
One whole star is even too much.
One whole star is even too much. The level of incompetence from this office staff is absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason I should be calling back to back for two days in a row just to get my correct prescription sent to my pharmacy especially when the error was on the office's end. Instead of taking accountability, they put you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, lie straight to your face claiming it’s being “handled,” and then never follow up.
