I love Jessica, but every month I have a problem getting my meds refilled, no matter how early or how many times I call to remind them I'm going to run out. It's infuriating. 🤬
My mom just had an appointment with Alex Valenzuela and I am very disappointed how he refused to give the proper translation to my mother and did not bother to read her notes or why she was seeing the previous psychiatrist. This new Alex was not alright and per my mother gave poor patient service and seemed drunk. I am very disappointed and disgusted from this kind of service.

My prior doctor switched from Foresight Mental Health to here and I have been trying to get an appointment to continue treatment for almost a year. I have called at least four times to get signed up as a patient, which I think was successful. The issue is with contacting my former doctor, Lynda. Foothill tells me a messages have been left for Megan, Lynda’s assistant, to call me back to set up an appointment. I have yet to receive a call back. I guess I will have to stay with Foresight for now…
