One whole star is even too much. The level of incompetence from this office staff is absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason I should be calling back to back for two days in a row just to get my correct prescription sent to my pharmacy especially when the error was on the office's end. Instead of taking accountability, they put you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, lie straight to your face claiming it’s being “handled,” and then never follow up. Most horrible staff I have encountered they will blow up you’re phone confirming appointments but treat you like dirt if you ask for there assistance or any information about your treatment
