Natalie Spiller and her team do NOT take prescription refilling seriously. We are now on week two of no responses to me via mychart, nor my pharmacy and no thus prescription!! Her convoluted script doesn’t include the frequency in which the dose needs to be taken! It’s asinine, abusive and incompetence!
