Worst therapy clinic, cancelled less then 24 hours before after waiting to months and told to find a different therapist
I see Sarah Nevinski for therapy and I feel very safe with her and she provides coping skills during our sessions. I suffer with ocd so it can be scary to speak my thoughts, but I fully trust her and she’s the best therapist I’ve ever had. Lots of therapy in the past has been talk therapy with no real benefit or learning. Sarah really challenges me to get better and focus on recovery while also validating my feelings.
The new management has done a great job at expanding services to all ages and include testing and medication management and they've been busy cleaning up the office space for in person sessions. The clinicians are friendly, approachable, and most importantly- knowledgeable.
