They finally make sense?
I have been coming to this office for a year now. I have to say I have yet to meet a staff member who isn’t kind, warm and very happy to see me. I want to be very clear the professionals that work here literally saved my life. I was in a very bad place. My experience here was very poor. The receptionist B & my therapist also B, would message during sessions about their book club & then began to both bully me. My therapist engaged in multiple acts of abusive behavior from raising her voice, to making reactive inappropriate comments. She followed this up with lying in my notes. There is no oversite & some of the staff could really use some! Owner- please consider supervision in person, your business makes a great case for recorded sessions.
