My experience here was very poor. The receptionist B & my therapist also B, would message during sessions about their book club & then began to both bully me. My therapist engaged in multiple acts of abusive behavior from raising her voice, to making reactive inappropriate comments. She followed this up with lying in my notes. There is no oversite & some of the staff could really use some! Owner- please consider supervision in person, your business makes a great case for recorded sessions. I have been seeing this office for several years. I feel it’s really changed in the last year and not for the better. Idk if it’s because they’ve gotten overwhelmed with clients or if it’s become more about money over care? ***edit: Unfortunately things ended up getting worse. It's obvious when you walk in the door that all they want is your money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. This message was after I was turned away at the door because I literally did not have enough money 😡
