If only I could leave zero stars. As an active duty individual who sustained a recent injury at work, I was diagnosed with a concussion and sprained ligaments. Unfortunately, my experience at the emergency room was extremely disappointing. The nurse was rude to my sister and misled her about the rules regarding accompanying me, while allowing a non-family member to be present. Dr Healy and his staff are the best. This was the second time in as many years that I have had to go to this ER, due to a chronic health condition. Dr. Healy truly cares, listens, and is extremely thorough. I was a Paramedic for 15 years and I believe hundreds of Doctors that I dealt with on a professional level can learn a lot from him. The nurses and staff here are also top notch. Thank you Dr. Healy for all of your help. Couldn’t have gotten better without you.
Arrived to the E.R in the middle of the night for my daughter. There was no wait, nurses took her right away and immediately knew what was wrong. Everyone was nice and very concerned about her care. Best emergency hospital I’ve ever been to in my life so far!
Very knowledgeable I came in the middle of the night. The staff help me very quickly. Very down to earth doctors and explained everything very well and thoroughly. Definitely didn't treat you like just a patient in a room number probably the best Tampa hospital around.
