Had my first run in with them today.half of their phone directory brought me to nobody and when I finally got ahold of them. It seemed like nobody cared.absolutely not the way. I thought any kind of Doctor's office would be. Very very disappointed.
I’m pretty sure most if not all of these reviews are from adults that have dealt with the adults side of this health center. My 16 year-old daughter has been admitted there and has been there for the last few days and they have gone more than over and beyond to make sure, she’s not treated like a monster or a troubled kid. Horrible incompetent employees! Zero customer service skills. Patricia can barely speak proper English she asked me the same questions over and over regarding my daughter. Cut me off when I was talking put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. The Dr was very rude and sarcastic as well! I will be taking this to the higher ups!! Please avoid this place. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is horrific! It does not offer therapy or counseling. They NEVER answer the phone and don't return messages. They don't listen to care givers or record thorough histories and they get nasty when you criticize, complain or question treatments. Avoid this place at all costs!
Severe lack of communication with caretakers/ spouse. I had trouble getting drs to call me, only one dr called to answer my questions and he was just filling in on the weekend. Medications my husband had bad reactions to were on an allergy list, were still given to my husband. Terrible, terrible place for people with mental health issues. They only make patients worse and then send them home.
