Awful place, no one listens, no one cares. If could do 0 I would.

This facility is the last place I would anyone. It would be better for them to be in jail. Every staff member provides different information. The papers you and the patient get are incorrect and contradictory. How are you suppose to trust anything they say when they can’t even agree on little things. They are suppose to have a therapist in person our loved ones experience is a few minute virtual call. Where they have prescribed medications they absolutely can not have. I visited friend there and it felt like PRISON. IF SOMEBODY ANSWERS PHONE, THEY'RE RUDE, HATEFUL, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND EVENTUALLY HANG UP. STAFF DOESNT ANSWER PHONE, GOD KNOWS WHO DOES??? PATIENTS OR PASSERS BY? PATIENTS NEED TO KNOW THEIR LOVED ONES CARE ABOUT THEM AND ARE SUPPORTING THEIR RECOVERY
During a rough time for my family we were met with nothing but patience and understanding by our team here. Patricia, our social worker here, went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered properly and our needs were met. Even with emotions running high on our end.
