No one answers the damn phone.
I was here on Dec 12th, 2022 and a couple times after and if you want your kids to be tortured, this is the place because the staff were verbally abusive and did not let me call my own mother when I needed to. The doctor named Dr. Bacarri told me I had cancer. Also put me useless medication that just charged me out of pocket and the medications made me feel like I was on acid. Where do I even begin. Imagine if you will a long hallway. That's practically the whole building. Along with completely uncaring staff. As you begin the picture this you can clearly see this is not the place to be, because mental health is extremely important and these people do not provide you with the resources you need to actually get better. Very hard to reach someone at this facility. They will not return your calls, even if you leave voice mails they don't care to listen and return calls. Once I reached someone they hung up on me twice, very unprofessional group that works there, even cursing on the phone, not sure if they were talking to me or a co-worker. I had an ex parte order on a family member and they didn't disclose the release time or date nor any type of information, even though the person getting treatment has severe mental health issues. Had my first run in with them today.half of their phone directory brought me to nobody and when I finally got ahold of them. It seemed like nobody cared.absolutely not the way. I thought any kind of Doctor's office would be. Very very disappointed.
