Not family friendly. Depending on whos Ego is in charge hospital rules are altered. It's set up like a teaching medical prison institute and is NOT recommended.
Awesome service from beginning to end. Friendly at the front desk, human during prep, professional during procedure, caring after it. Best of all.
The nursing staff was excellent and attentive to m y needs. i received outstanding care. The food could be better.
Every single team member that I came across was absolutely phenomenal. From the lady at the security desk with the short salt and pepper hair cut to my friend at registration with the bald head and accent to my nurse and surgery team. Everyone was great and took the best care of me. My surgery went well and recovery has been going great. I thank God for my surgeon Dr.Erich Wycliffe and the team he worked with here.
On October 14th 2026 my husband had a brain surgery at this hospital. His surgeon (Dr. Villalobos ) and his P.A Jeff and surgery staff were excellent!! When he was moved to the ICU...things pretty much fell apart!! He was put in a very dirty room with sticky floors, unwiped cabinets, and a half cleaned bathroom. He was not being checked on. I (his wife) had to continuously ask the staff for different things he needed. The first night we were promised that and ICU doctor would stop by his room to check on him.
