If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They used to be great, but since they were bought out by Yale-New Haven they've become a nightmare. My kids were going to them for ADHD care for years, and Optimus suddenly decided to stop all pediatric care. I guess it just isn't profitable enough for their new owners. They fired all the therapists this summer, got rid of the psychiatrist and then finally let the replacement nurse practitioner/prescriber go. I only found out when I called to make an appointment.
