They need to be investigated, TMS is over used memory issues for a good number of peers who went from functioning to nonfunctioning. Missing records, a lack of response to questions and more harm then actual treatment is found here the leads here run it as game of control vs. compassion and care for those suffering from mental health and shouldn't be licensed or training future clinicians.

I don’t know who us running the reception but it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have to call days in a row just to set up an appointment and if I need to reschedule something, it’s a complete nightmare. I can’t even message my provider on my chart and they manage my medication that I can’t just stop cold turkey to the management, please do better.
I had brief stay at this hospital and will say the nursing team that took care of me just wow..... What an excellent group of people that took great care of me while I was a patient. So thank you!!
The call center and phone operators all need training in compassion. The phone system is broken and gives a menu on a loop. I explained to 4 operators what the problem was, one of them even verified thw problem. Then transferred me to another hospital, where I have no established care. One just put me on hold and hung up. What are they paying these people? Hopefully pennies because that's all they are worth. I will be leaving for a new health facility. And leaving bad reviews up and down ascension and on social media.
