Unsafe practices with letting meds run out. Staff not listening when in urgent need of med refills or urgent need to change medications due to bad side effects, and pushed medications I'm not comfortable with. Poor staff communication with both patients and psychiatrists. No way to contact psychiatrists directly and staff are extremely slow and unclear with communicating patient needs to the psychiatrists, including even openly forgetting to give vital information such as urgent refill needs to psychiatrists when out, result... read more
