That was awful experience I ever had! I’m so overwhelmed that I can’t even charge my own phone. This place barely have any activity going on!
Went in for help with an ADHD diagnoses and the only advise I got was I'd do better once I found a job? Then was told someone would call. That never happened. Really got the felling this place is in over their head a bit.
I got to the office at 12:20 for my first therapy appointment with Fadhel scheduled at 12:30. I waited an hour in the lobby and finally asked the front desk. They said my appointment was at 1:30 but I showed the front desk how i got a voicemail and a message that I both confirmed the appointment for 12:30 on October the 7th. They went to look for Fadhel and he could not be found. This is disgusting and Fadhel should either be fired or lose whatever licenses he has because just wow.
