I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this ABA therapy center. Twice now, I’ve brought my child in for scheduled therapy, checked him in, and only afterward been told there was no provider available. The first time, the front desk even told me the provider was there—only for someone else to come out and say the opposite. The second time, the exact same situation happened again. Je recommande à 100% le personnel est aimable et prêt à aider… Jennifer, et Jackie sont exceptionnelles. Les encadreurs sont professionnels et aimant avec les enfants. ANGELLA est l’encadreuse de ma fille et elle l’aime tellement que même les week-ends elle prends sont sac et me demande d’aller à la clinique. Et surtout il ya beaucoup d’amélioration pour ma fille.

If you only want compliant families who never ask questions, just say that. The moment I started asking for clarification about my daughter’s evaluation and treatment plan, the tone from BES completely changed. Instead of transparency, I was met with hostility, delays, and ultimately my child being waitlisted with no explanation.
