My son was seen here until recently and I tried look past the fact that they are constantly changing providers and front desk staff. With these changes you cannot get a person on the phone and won’t get a call back for weeks if you leave voicemail. I sent messages thru the site and it was confirmed by front desk no one had opened it. Unfortunately now that my insurance is not in net work I’m left with not referral for possible providers in the area. Liked the providers but the way clinic is ran needs improvement.

My child has been a patient at this office for about 2 years. In that time frame we have had 4 providers and zero consistency of care. With each new provider we have to start over with all the background information every time . We drive an hour and a half to the appointments , the billing department is never accurate and now we are being told the office will no longer fill my child’s medication. Dr peppers has a wholesome approach to patient’s treatment. It’s more than just asking if certain medicine is working rather, specialists a patient is seeing or that her patients may need to see. I consider myself lucky that my daughter gets to see Dr Peppers. Dr peppers goes above and beyond!
