I was on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I luv this place. If I need my meds adjusted I request to come here. Brett on the 2nd floor is my favorite staff member along with Alex. Lewis, Jovita, Evelyn, Gina, Nancy and the sweet cleaning lady on the 3rd floor are gems. I learned meditation here, I was able to take control of all aspects of my life because of meditation and BC. The group therapists are outta sight. Snacks and food good. Psychiatrists are very nice and professional. Thank you BC.

My daughter is not at home because she’s been dropped off at the wrong address and now I can’t find her anywhere and I don’t live in oak Park Michigan and I wasn’t even notified that she was being released today to drop off a patient at a random place and can’t even give me the address where she was dropped off at so I could just look for her this is unacceptable to be a mental health facility

I was stripped searched by female staff, even after asking for male staff because I wasn’t comfortable with female staff touching my genitals during a strip search. I was overmedicated Completely ignoring already prescribed medications by other professionals to the point that I passed out standing up Multiple time’s and had to sit in a wheelchair Because I hurt my hip so bad I couldn’t walk. Great staff here. Could work on explanations a bit but other than that they were great. Not that I appreciated my stay or anything, but I'm glad they helped in a time of need.
