My actual name is eric,my stay was ok I really didn't want to come out my room,or go to group becausei was scared.and this nurse from the 2nd floor.i think his name was gary?he came to my room and actual talk to me and helped get me more comfortable with the unit. He sat almost an hour for two days straight talking with me one on one.thanks Gary Eric

I wish you could assign negative “stars” in the review. I am a Medical POA for a patient there. They refuse to talk with me and the patient’s PCP, as well as her daughter because apparently continuity of care or being in touch with the family is too much bother while they collect the insurance checks. They took the "patient" off their meds cold turkey and are holding the patient against their will even though they checked in voluntarily. We are exploring legal options now. They have a patient there who is related to me and they won’t reach out to me or to that patients POA even though we have called and asked. She signed in willingly and is now being held against her will. The doctors won’t even come and meet patients This is the worst hospital I can imagine and unfortunately I’ve dealt with many They need to do better and I am other members of the patients care team are looking into legal options within the state of Michigan They are abusive con artists and I would never recommend them to any... read more
