I’m so glad to see these reviews saying it as it is. These people are diabolical they gave us hell over hours despite my 3 yo not being able to cope with 7 hours. We have since discovered them forcing more hours is against the law and I will be reporting our experience with this business to the governing body. Thank God I didn’t relent and discontinued services, they’re not to be trusted.
My experience with this ABA therapy center was extremely disappointing. The Clinical Director, Kelly Daniels, was consistently unprofessional and, instead of working with families to address concerns, repeatedly threatened to discharge my nonverbal son from the program whenever I spoke up on his behalf. Sessions were frequently canceled, making it difficult for my son to receive consistent therapy. I spent time referring a family to this ABA center because they stated that they had a center based slot. After myself and the family wasted our time with paperwork, phone calls and waiting over a week they said they wanted to start in the home. This was never an option and now more than a week was wasted when we could have pursued other options. I will never refer anyone to this business again.
I tried to start services here in 2024 they had a lady come to my house to ask questions. The lady resigned they had me and my son waiting for ABA serves for 16 months just to say they are at capacity!! Kelly Daniels is all over the place she can’t run a candy store let along behavior facility for kids in desperate need!!! Please find another center you will regret it!
Things did not work out as planned. I will be needing all my child's belongings.
