Behavioral frontier has offered us the best service comparing to many places or locations for ABA services. My daughter is the very first client that joined them since they first opened and her progress has been very impressive. She went from non verbal to verbally saying a words here and there. Honestly, every staff tries their best to improve and make progress with our child daily (that’s what matters most). My daughter (3.5 yo) has been attending the center since June, I have seen huge improvements in the past few months. We were on waitlists for other ABA facilities and were able to get our daughter in right away. In the beginning we had issues with BT being late, that problem has since been resolved. It is a new facility so I knew there were kinks they had to work out in the beginning. Very disappointed in this facility. They talk a good game in the beginning. They make you feel comfortable and excited about your child’s future. When you take your child there they don’t know what they’re doing. The drop off process takes 10 minutes because they have inexperienced staff that doesn’t know how to work the iPads. The director will tell the staff that she doesn’t know and they need to call IT all while you’re waiting with your child. They do not allow you to bring your child any food made on any factory that al... read more
