Came in town for work, was at the community garden and decided we would order pizza. We called for Chicago style sausage & mushroom at Beggars cause the family I am visiting has enjoyed it for years. And Beggrs delivered a thin crust Italian beef with mushrooms. Not at all what we ordered and waited an hour and a half for with three hungry kids. Ordered a pizza for delivery. One corner of the pizza had nothing on it. No cheese no sausage. They offered me a 3 dollar credit. Customer over 20 years. Will never order again

Using their web site is horrendous. Tried twice last week and then again today, cannot get on their site. Also forget about their loyalty program, you will get emails that you earned this and that but there is no way to redeem it, and or it tells you it is invalid. Don't bother with it. Go elsewhere until they decide to fix their problems....
