Unprofessional and non responsive.
I emailed Anna from this real estate agency enquiring about a rental property that a friend had inspected on my behalf (I was overseas at the time). After not receiving a response I called and spoke to Anna who was dismissive and rude. I asked if my application could be provided to the landlord, she said she’d have to speak to her boss and that both her and her boss are “very busy people with many appointments”.
