Customer 35 years. Honest, friendly, and new owner's seem the same. I was in with an issue and the service seems spot on.
First time visiting the store to check if they were able to fix my ring. It was bent a bit and not as circular. Was greeted by an elderly name(sorry, did not get his name), he was so nice and knowledgeable about the ring and what causes it to bend. He was able to fix my ring within a few minutes and showed me around the shop. Will definitely be visiting again for a purchase!
