I wasn't sure if I had a blockage or something else was going on and wanted my drain checked. Abdul was quick to respond, communicative, and very professional. He put a camera through the exterior clean out and explained what we were looking at. He answered all my questions and emailed me a receipt with a description of what he found, the work he did, etc. for my records. He was conscientious, clean, respectful, and overall great to do business with. I would definitely call him again.
Abdul was excellent. Very professional and honest. Nowadays its hard to know who to trust and who not to trust. I can sincerely say Abdul is someone who you can trust. I had a supposedly “big job” from my first quote from another plumbing company. I decided to get a second option and stumbled on “before you dig”, Abdul came very next day and got it fixed for a honest rate. Something that seemed very simple too, but the other company clearly wanted my money and Abdul was honest and fixed it the fair way.
Such a great company! I set up my appointment with Abdul. He set a specific time window and was right on time, very friendly, and great communication. I am most certainly going to refer this business to all my friends
