I met Ray Frye the owner of BAHR through my property manager. His first project involved the rehab on one of our rental properties. I was very pleased with his work and since this time he has completed two fix and flip rehab projects for me. I am currently in the process of having him to rehab another rental property for me. I turned the remodel of my rental house over to Ray. He and his team did a lot to quickly get it painted inside and out in the Sherwin Williams colors I choose. There was great communication on details like the color after knobs and polls and door knobs I want it replaced, and they found some wood rot and they replaced the word. I could not be more pleased with the good value I received in this remodel. He even negotiated a price down for me. I will definitely use him again if he is available. The house rented immediately.
