My 21 yr old non speaking autistic son needed compression wraps and we were referred to Befitting You. Without me saying anything, the staff was suprisingly prepared and accommodating. Usually people are kind to him but don't know what his needs might be but Kate and Jose let him go slow and gave him options to let him indicate how he would be most comfortable. He wrote: I think they were so kind and attentive to my needs. They are awesome!
I stopped by and there was just one guy in the shop who was answering multiple phone calls. I was ready to walk out but he excused himself from one call and asked me to wait a moment and he would take care of me. I felt bad because I was only asking questions for a friend who lost a leg and lives out of state. I’m glad I waited, because the guy, I think his name was Pat, was also an amputee and he was extremely helpful and kind. He took time to answer all my questions and even showed me his artificial leg.
