I was a patient here in 2023. It all seemed okay, I never missed appointments or was late. Then one day I called to make an appointment and I was told that I was no longer a patient there and was given a list of alternative places to go. It was frustrating to say the least. I would just avoid this place tbh
If you actually care about your mental health and want a provider that cares about it as well instead of how much money they can make and what status being a provider gives them, I would recommend going anywhere else. Between the provider not showing up for scheduled appointments and ‘forgetting’ to refill meds to the point of me going through withdrawals, I’d go as far as to say that she should probably be reported to the board of nursing. I have had the best experience with Miss Wise. She listens, she's thorough, and she really cares for her patients. She's very attentive and all her staff have been very kind, understanding and respectful. She's definitely been the best choice but I have made regarding my mental health. She has done wonders for me and I'm very thankful for her.
Edit after another 0/10 experience. No show from practitioner, receptionist unprofessional. Just not reliable. Kontasha is a caring and attentive practitioner. Business management is where BeeWell falls short. To the point of missing appointments and sending incorrect medication doses to pharmacy.
I would love to review this place based on the Dr and how well they provide care, but unfortunately that is impossible as I was never able to see them. This is the most poorly run, unprofessional clinic I've come across in my life. They are running entirely off of AI and digital infrastructure, no staff whatsoever. This makes rescheduling or asking any question except setting up your first appointment or refilling your prescription borderline IMPOSSIBLE (not too mention that AI data gathering reeks of HIPPA violation).
