I came in as a new patient after moving in this area from Corpus Christi and a staff member, I did not get a name of the young lady, spoke to me as if I offended her while she expressed a demeanor that made me feel like I had offended her in some way. I had never seen that young lady before… I considered this dental place a place of business and I would not have suspected it to be ran with arrogance, carrying a rude attitude and unprofessional.
