Everything Beetle Cat! Nice people committed to the Beetle Cat and the craft and tradition of wooden boat building. I love the smell of shaved oak and sanded cedar in the shop.
My wife and I stopped in to check out the shop that still builds the beetle cats as they have been built for almost 100 years. We met the owner Bill Womack and had a grand tour of the boat works and the philosophy that holds it all together. If you have an appreciation for wooden boats or quality workmanship of any kind a visit is well worth your time.
Excellent wood working! I hope I can visit the shop one day. Keep up with this amazing boat building!
