Excellent service. Very happy with the extra effort by Beetle to take good care of my classic VW.
*BUYER BEWARE* Never ever buy or use them for anything. They’re liars and incredibly dodgy. Can’t believe they’re still in business. Makes me sick that I know first hand how bad they are.
My Vehicle has been serviced by this company for many years. They have always been very happy to take the money to service my vehicle, but recently when asked for a copy of my service records ( and being promised I would have them within a week on several occasions ) they have recently said that my service records have been lost and they are unable to send me anything. My advice, if your wanting to use a mechanic that actually cares about customer service, I would carry on walking, there are better options around the corner.... read more
