I bought a Toto Toilet at this store online, at the time I bought it I was told that will be shipped that same day or the next day, after 5 days I emailed the store to find out the status of the order and the next day I was informed by Ashley Crigger the Office Manager, that the order could not be processed as their credit card processing company deemed the charge as suspicious/fraudulent. I called my credit card right away to find out, and they say that the transaction was approved and is under pending status. I called ag... read more
