To be honest everything. I've been there 3 times after the change in management and its been horrible. This one was the worst. No excuses From customer service knowledge of the product and equipment their working with and the most important Food Quality horrible. To start the guy making the food look like he didn't want to make anything of he was tired board or just wanted to go home.. and they closed right after i left so if they didnt want to work i rather of been told that and i could of went somewhere else.
