Horrible rip off company. They charge twice the normal Journeyman fee to come out and just diagnose an issue - that's the first problem. Second is they charge you BEFORE they have actually fixed anything. Third and worst of all is that they do not stand by their work. So they will spend over an hour diagnosing a problem with a hot water tank that is under warranty (at 180$ per hour fee) and then say "Oh its just the coils that need replacing" - replace the coils, and then you come home and the hot water tank still is not wor... read more
“After years of quality work, support and customer service Bees Knees fell short. They failed to provide the service I would expect from any contractor. They were hired to clean out a drain line and subsequently turned off the tenants house gas due to a leak. They neither directly notified Fortis nor myself, the landlord, of their actions causing my tenants to go without hot running water for two days until I randomly discovered the inconvenience.
