Terrible homes that are poorly constructed. Be prepared, you will not receive a new home with new floors. Your hard surface floors will come damaged (picture). Your doorbell will not work. Trim and screens will be damaged (pictures) and so much more! If you want a new home, purchase from any other home builder. Or you may be better off purchasing a resale home.
