Dr Paul is amazing - very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Booked over the phone with the lovely Evette (apologies if I got the name misspelt). And, bulk billing is a plus! The clinic gets deserved 5 stars.
If you want a doctor that dismisses you while asking for help with mental health ask for Dr Paul Sargeant. I went in to doctors today hoping that he would help me get back on medication I need. He did not ask me if I’m ok, nor if I needed help. He did not ask me if I want to start a heath care plan he just says I need to transfer my documents to this doctors practice. I asked about an issue I’m having with my wrist, doesn’t even touch my arm doesn’t look twice before telling me the issue based on me holding my arm up for him... read more
Some doctors here could do better, power complex hard. Others are great and balance it out !
Doctor Mali, amazing. Nurse staff, amazing. Reception staff, amazing. I'm so glad that I can feel comfortable in a GP office knowing that any concerns I have will be addressed. I always feel cared for and have never had a negative experience in this office. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and kindness.
