Over the past 3 days I have been unable to cancel a reservation. I have sent 2 emails & called and left a message because no one answered at reception! No response. Terrible customer service.
Great place to stay if your wanting to visit australia zoo! (2 minutes down the road) was perfect for our family (2 adults 1 child) clean,tidy rooms. The pool, trampoline, play area for children is perfect! We would happily come back.
We had a lovely experience with Helen. We accidentally booked our room for the wrong month, and although she was fully booked, she kindly helped us find another hotel. She even drove us there, which was 20 minutes away. She is a really lovely woman, and we truly enjoyed talking with her. 10/10 can totally recommend. Location is also perfect for a daytrip to the Australia Zoo!!!!
I had a lovely experience. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. I’m a young solo traveler and this was the nicest place I stayed . The staff were lovely they went above and beyond for me they drove me to the town libary and even offered to take my suitcases to my new home . I can’t falt this place I really recommend staying here it felt safe and clean and it’s so close to Australia zoo.
