We had a lovely experience with Helen. We accidentally booked our room for the wrong month, and although she was fully booked, she kindly helped us find another hotel. She even drove us there, which was 20 minutes away. She is a really lovely woman, and we truly enjoyed talking with her. 10/10 can totally recommend. Location is also perfect for a daytrip to the Australia Zoo!!!!
I had a lovely experience. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. I’m a young solo traveler and this was the nicest place I stayed . The staff were lovely they went above and beyond for me they drove me to the town libary and even offered to take my suitcases to my new home . I can’t falt this place I really recommend staying here it felt safe and clean and it’s so close to Australia zoo.
Very clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed. Host Helen was amazing, wonderful customer service.
