Had a terrible experience. Terrible service at reception, dr Clement was rude, impatient and took no time to explain anything and this isn’t the first time. Seems like there priority is money over treatment $95 for 5 mins and I learnt nothing about my ailment.
I’ve been a patient at this practice for some time and have had to be, quite literally, very patient when it comes to dealing with the front desk staff. I really like my current doctor — it took some time to find her due to frequent turnover — but now I’m very happy with the care she provides. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has been consistently poor. One receptionist in particular stands out as especially moody, and unprofessional, and clearly in need of re-training.
