Nice place. Friendly staff. Left my Audi there and was satisfied with the work. Clean on the inside and can watch your car being worked on by the big glass window to the bay. Very impressed by how I was treated and for the help they offered.
These guys really did me right. I gave them my 94 Jeep cherokee with a stalling problem. By the next business day they found that it was my PCU. They told me that it would be an $80 charge for the diognistic, but to my suprise, they cut that price for me due to the nature of the problem, and that they felt bad about my situation and would help me out the only way they could. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that took the time to listen to what I had to say and communicate back to me what I needed and wanted to know. They even let me borrow an umbrella so I could bring my kids in from the rain and parked my car right out front when it was time to leave.
Very friendly staff and they seem knowledgeable, but after they spent a week troubleshooting my car that wouldn't start, the car ended up with bent intake valves. Original problem was bad pcm that shouldn't have resulted in bent valves. I suspect troubleshooting caused problem that requires engine replacement. They won't return my calls to discuss the engine replacement. Seems fishy to me.
