Horrible service. We waited 20 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us and we ordered two drinks and two shots. Drinks were terrible and we never received our shots. The chicken sandwich had black spots all over it. It was not busy and then service was horrible both times that we tried this restaurant. Very disappointing! Two thumbs down!

Well the food was good but we had to wait almost an hour for it. We tried to order dessert and they had closed the kitchen because it was too busy. Then we were told they reopened it so we tried ordering the dessert again, the waitress never put it in. The waitress had a horrid attitude the entire time and if you didn't know your order in 20 sec when she pointed at you, she sighed and walked away and said she'd come back. Pretty much a failure. I've been to the Pitt location and they did a much better job. I showed up and it was crowded. We were told the kitchen was backed up so they shut it down. Was told it would be an hour wait. It wasn't a problem because they do have a nice beer selection. After about 45 minutes we were then informed the kitchen would then be closed another hour.... ...that was after they turned a few thousand dollars worth of business away. The tremendous success of the Flats East Bank has had all of the restaurants in the area working hard to meet the needs of the volume of guests visiting each week, and especially during special event weekends. HI ALL. OK, first off it was a beautiful evening in CLEVELAND,OH 6/18/2016. My son brought me down for fathers day. The place was pack and the descent server told us the kitchen is closed until they can play catchup...?? So 1/2 hour later we order 2 pizzas, One BBQ CHICKEN AN GOODFELLAS and a dozen wings. The food did not taste bad, just uninspiring, it looked presentable. For me the pizza dough...wellll it was fluffy bread.. Not enough on top but just enough to look the part.
