They have an extensive beer selection, and their pizzas and jumbo sft pretzel is "to die for!" The music by The Scenic Route was amazing!

I visited one night for a company outing and the food and service was amazing. The waitress was very attentive and helped me pick the perfect beer. I enjoyed the experience so much I decided to take my wife there for a much needed date night. We sat there for 20 mins on a very slow weeknight and I even recognized one of the servers from the last time I was there. I went to the bar and asked if I could get someone to help me and still no response. I'm puzzled as to why the service was so different.

Even though we try to be perfect, there are times where we undoubtedly slip and hope that you understand these things happen from time to time but we work very hard to correct them when we find out. I’ve been coming here since the place opened a few years ago, and awesome selection of beers, friendly knowledgeable staff, and the Goodfellas pizza is out of this world this is my new favorite tailgate spot before Browns games

I first posted this privately and never received a response back from Beerhead Bar.......I was at your Flats location on Sunday 8/20. I had a lovely time with my mom and sister. We received the bill and paid it in cash. The waitress/bartender returned with the change, we tipped her in cash, and then open the folio for our change. Instead of the correct change the waitress "rounded" the total up to either benefit herself or the house.....Please understand this is not about the money, it's about the policy. Just left......pizza and drinks were delicious. The little blonde barbie doll waitress was rude as hell. Had a $40 bill, left a $5 tip and she stopped us on they way out and said "Was there something wrong with my service". I said "No". Then she said "Well, usually when I receive tips like that I have to question how my service was"......RUDE and way to treat your customers like trash!
