We are aware that the front door has a big step down. We have huge "watch your step" signs on the doors. We could not fix this as the sidewalk does not match up with the building. We are going to be putting in sound boards to help with the noise. I know it can get very noisy in there, especially when there are a lot of people at the bar. Fantastic service, great beer and an awesome atmosphere! Can't wait to come back. Staff is busting their tail right now on a swamped Friday night. The only problem is its in Hartland with a bunch of true snobs based on the reviews below.
Staff very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Food was fantastic. Apple beer awesome.

We only allow the bartenders to pour the drinks for the waitresses so I am very sorry your drinks came so late. We are working on a way to improve that. The iPad system is something we are working on becoming familiar with. Half of our waitresses use it to take orders, where the other half writes it down and types it in on the iPad later. Excellent pizza and lots of craft beer choices. Friendly service, especially Harry, the owner. The fish fry is excellent, too!
The atmosphere was great, food was pretty good. Bartender could've been a tad more attentive...but all in all, we will be back. Prices were competitive to similiar places. All the staff were very friendly.
Was there today around 2 pm service was awful, prices were wrong, the menu has only 10 items on it for food legitimately. Our server didn't know anything about any of the beers. When we sat down no one approached us for 10 minutes before the owner brought us popcorn and said someone would be right with us, that was a lie. when I finally got my beer my buddy had to wait an extra 10 for his and it came in a can. The food was all fried and wasn't anything to write home about. All in all there was nothing I would go back for.
Business response:
We wanted to have a small menu where there was something for everyone. It is hard for the servers to know everything about the beer because 1) some of them are not 21 and 2) the beer is constantly changing on the taps so it is hard to keep up. We are trying to educate our servers on the beer so they can make suggestions for customers. We do have certain beers that are from the can only (PBR, Miller, Bud Light, etc.). I am sorry you have had this experience with us but thank you for the feedback.
