I received outstanding patient care from Dr. Darlyla Naissance at the Boca Raton office. Her medical assistant was highly professional.
Best care we have ever experienced at an urgent care clinic! Provider Victoria Schwartz treated us like family and made my little one not be scared at all for the strep test she usually hates. Highly recommend.
The care was excellent from the reception staff to the nurse and the PA took the time to listen and clearly explain the treatment plan.
We had an appointment and made the co-pay, but then got a bill that we owed extra money. I called to clarify it and the representative said that the billing department will get back to me. I never heard back from the billing department after a couple of weeks. Later I got a reminder about the outstanding balance. I called back and requested clarification because they were supposed to call me back but never did. So it sounds like they owe me money, but they keep sending me bills saying that I owe them money.
