I was extremely disappointed with the care my son received from June Caguiat. Throughout the visit, she appeared disengaged and gave the impression that she did not want to be there. What concerned me most was the explanation we received regarding treatment. We were told that my son appeared to have a viral infection, yet antibiotics were prescribed. Warning!!! Be aware! There office is outsourced to the Philippines so communication is very poor, customer service poor. The Philippino man said he wont call my insurance bec hold times are too long. They told us to call even though we provided all information upfront. Its our responsibility if not they will bill us as a no show. That's what they did so thanks for nothing but a bill. Waste of time go to real doctor if you can
Absolute joke. They needed to reschedule 3 days in a row AFTER THEY SUGGESTED A NEW TIME TO SCHEDULE. This last time, they didnt even bother giving me a call. After waiting almost two hours, I call them to find out that a medical technician can't make it. Customer support is zero help in scheduling or figuring anything out. ALWAYS check rating on BBB, where they have an F. Clearly most of these reviews are bought.
Absolutely amazing care. The provider put me on the correct medication right away after Telehealth and was very understanding because I was in the pre disease stages of Lyme after a tick bite. And again he put me on the correct length of medications and was exceedingly helpful.
What kind of nurses are your hiring over there?? I can’t believe I heard this come out of the nurses mouth. If you don’t go to the hospital you’re probably going to die.. wow way to be compassionate and gentle!! Very sad you should not work in medical friend. I work at a hospital and been in medical fiend my whole life never have I heard anyone say that to a pt!! 😡
