This guy doesn't return phone calls or messages I guess he's got plenty of business so he doesn't need to respond to new potential customers?
They do not use use citizens as employees. Owner seems very rude and defensive when asked why one of their workers were pulled out of a van they were driving by immigration enforcement. When you engage the owner he is quick to dismiss you and say don’t come to me with this bull shite. This speaks to his ethic and character. Louisiana does not have a requirement for workers to be legal to engage in HVAC activities. Be mindful of who you hire to do the work. This company came to my home and installed two a/c units, one upstairs and one downstairs. My downstairs a/c vents had been dripping condensation and had stained my ceilings. I called Benny to come see about it. After two NO SHOW days, I had someone else come out and they found that my downstairs unit had not been properly attached to the duct and caused the stains. The appointment process was smooth and they sent updates before arriving, which helped because I didn’t need to sit around all day waiting. The technician unclogged our bathtub drain and also noticed the stopper mechanism was damaged. He repaired both during the same visit which saved a lot of extra hassle later.
I seldom write reviews but this is an, "EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY"! I recently had to call a plumber for a sewer cracked pipe and without hesitation I immediately called Beep Me Plumbing and the owner came out the very same day. I have used this company for over 30 years and they have been consistent for all those years.
