Had somewhat of an emergency case and needed an appointment at same day. Got rejected from a few other medical centers, but got one at the Beenleigh mall medical center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor Lee was listening to my issues and very professional. Very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
The receptionist today was incredible she was so so kind and sweet and looked after us when there was a wait for the doctor. She gave my 6 yr old son a bed to lay down and allowed us to accommodate him when he was in alot of pain. She was very caring and patient with us. So so lovely. And the doc Hlaing I think, was so kind and caring and helped us for our son. He was very sweet with him and made him feel comfortable when he was checking him over. Such a great medical centre.
Nice and clean establishment. Quick service from respectful staff and seen on time.
