Tried to book my car in to be seen. Was told my phone connection, which was perfect was crackly. When asked if it was any better. I was told no I sound Chinese. I do not appreciate the racist comment, especially as my children would also hear the conversation. Very unprofessional.
Went here bc of issues with our dual battery system. Even though it was pouring rain he analysed everything and found a solution for us! Can’t thank you enough!
