Renovations are happening
I had gone to this centre in hopes of a good swim, but its NOT. Poor service and incompetent staff. Construction area make the entrance invisible. My son’s had a 30 min. Swimming Class and the staff took the 50 min. For finding the details. Haha what a great staff members. Although there was an older staff member who I could feel looking over at me multiple times with looks of judgement. And she’s very Rude also. The pool was not heated, the babies were shivering 🥶
Poor service and incompetent staff. Outdoor area closed and not informed on the phone call before coming. Construction area make the entrance invisible. Lack of consideration of public service.
