All this Doctor cares about is her wallet. I was overcharged for my very first visit in April before my insurance was even billed. My insurance covered everything and I still have not received my refund, we are now almost into July. When I called about this issue her receptionist informed me the doctor handles and processes her own billing. WHO DOES THAT???!! A greedy doctor that’s who. Rudest staff I've ever encountered.. As a ne w patient one would think the staff would ne at the least cordial, but no, absolutely rude and unprofessional. When we passed our frustration to the doctor, she didn't care one bit.. it's amazing they retain any patients at all.. don't waste your time with this dr as i did.. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
I have been a patient of Dr. Koppuzha for almost twenty years. She is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She responds quickly whenever I have called her with a medical issue. Several years ago, I called her with a breathing problem. Within two hours, there was a diagnosis and admittance to the hospital. Due to her accurate medical knowledge, I recovered after a weeks stay in the hospital. She is always available to deal with your medical issues. I sincerely recommend Dr. Koppuzha.

Dr. Koppuzha is an excellent physician. She listens well, her office operates efficiently, and she cares a lot about her patients. She always makes time to see me and even answers her own phone calls.
Chaotic! NO More! I was a patient of Dr. Koppuzha's for several years who recently said enough! Her Staff consists of one woman. Period. This woman does everything from answering phones to administering EKG's. Your appointment is constantly interrupted by said woman, barging into YOUR exam because the Dr. MUST take an urgent call, sign urgent insurance forms, urgent this, urgent that-a nightmare! She's grossly understaffed and overbooked, a recipe for potential disaster. Avoid!
