The doctor never attended to my daughter so I hope that me receiving this does not mean that my daughter insurance was charged for services that were not provided. The front desk was rude to my daughter rolling there eyes because my daughter is 17 and the provider has seen my daughter before without me being there in person now all of a sudden when she really needed to be seen the provider would not see her.
Dr. Beena Khetpal truly deserves the highest rating possible. She has been my children’s pediatrician for over 15 years, and we couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She always takes the time to listen, is extremely thorough, and consistently demonstrates exceptional knowledge and care. Her patience and attention to detail make every visit reassuring, and she ensures both parents and children feel comfortable and well-informed. Love Dr Khetpal and her assistants but im considering switching doctors. They dont even answer their own phones anymore. The ‘call center’ has a strong language barrier and the woman just right now at 8:55 am on12/4 taking my phone call is probably the worst yet. The last several years the people answering the phones have been highly unprofessional and unpleasant. I asked for a call back yesterday regarding my small child.
