The individual who answered the phone was uniformed, not helpful, and downright rude. When trying to clarify her answer to a question, she simply hung-up. This is not a business that I'd like to work with on any level, especially real estate services.
Do not do business with Been Network Properties.THEY ARE CROOKS. They will NOT return your deposit and will make up bogus charges on your tab, and you will end up owing them. It takes literally MONTHS for them to respond to repair requests. They also will RAISE the rent every year! NEVER rent from this place. Been Network Properties or B-N Properties in Chula Vista.
