The best money i have ever spent on a Mechanic. The water pump went out in our suv. We were 3 hours from home on a Saturday at 4:00. Nelson was on his way to take his wife out to dinner. When everyone else was closed for the weekend he drops what he is doing and repairs our dead vehicle. I was prepared for a $500.00 repair bill. He charged 150.00 for his time and the part was 47. Under $200.00 for a water pump is unheard of, and being available when you need him...... Priceless. He got us back on the road in under three hour... read more
If there were more stars than 5 ....I would give them to Nelson....he was a ROADSIDE ANGEL and saved our family vacation from disaster after our Ford van broke down on the highway on the night before Easter Sunday. He knew exactly what the problem was and came to our rescue in the pouring rain at 9:30 at night, brought parts, got us a tow truck and found hotel accommodations for us. I wish I could rate this con-artist 0 stars. I had the misfortune of hearing the owner's name brought up to me recently when they were recommending someone to work on my bimmer. I feel like anyone in the area needs a fair warning before they make the mistake of having their car touched by this guy. I dealt with this bottom feeder for way too long when I was taking my car to him only to be completely ripped off with $2000 in repairs done incorrectly that I had to pay someone another $2000 to fix. STAY AWAY!
took my 08 bmw to this shop for a code 90 (which is for high fuel pressure problem). After 3 days, replacing many parts and $500 later he calls and says it needs fuel filter in the fuel tank for $600. I ask if it would fix it and if so do it. 3days later he brings me the car with an $1100 dollar repair bill and says it needs a high pressure pump and it is under warranty and BMW. I have to pay him then take it to BMW they plug high pressure switch in and problem fixed for nearly nothing. Beware of this shop. This man will rip... read more
