Jason was the best! Very nice to deal with, was kind and attentive to my situation. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely highly recommend him.
We had a national lender go through Appraisal Mortgage Company, who then contracted Beeman Appraisals to appraise a house we were trying to buy. Jason Beeman did a desktop appraisal, although his office was within a mile of the house we were trying to buy. The appraisal took 21 days - a desktop appraisal of a house within a mile took 21 days!!! The seller had absolutely no opposition to an in-person inspection.
